Job Summary

BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) is seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into multiple ERP systems, including JDE and SAP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter data into multiple ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Analyze data to identify trends and provide recommendations
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks
  • Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) as outlined in SOP
  • Adhere to all established policies, work instructions, and SOPs
  • Regular and reliable attendance at work
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-3 years of clerical experience
  • Basic PC experience with good data entry skills
  • Familiarity with basic MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Detail-oriented with good analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Good organizational skills
