We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to drive the ideation, development, and execution of a key product area within our automation platform.

This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on addressing some of healthcare's greatest challenges, including initial implementation and migration, on-boarding and training, Out-Of-Box experience, Anesthesia workflows, and delivery of advanced services.

As a pivotal member of the Point-of-Care Product team, you will leverage insights from market research, competitive analysis, customer engagement, and collaboration with subject matter experts to develop and refine prioritized product needs.

Work cross-functionally with engineering, UX, QA, marketing, sales, support, implementation, and other stakeholders to create and deliver a cohesive vision of success.

Proactively identify and manage cross-team dependencies to ensure seamless product development and delivery.

Develop compelling communication materials, value propositions, and high-level strategic justifications to articulate the 'why' of your product both internally and externally.

Foster strong relationships with customers and prospects to gather and understand feedback on existing products and those in development, conducting effective interviews to uncover their needs and challenges.

Clearly communicate the product vision, value proposition, and release goals to the cross-functional team during the release planning process.

Proven ability to measure and track customer satisfaction throughout the product development lifecycle.

5 years Product Management experience having led the entire product hardware AND software lifecycle from concept, introduction, launch to sunset.

Bachelor's degree.

Experience with healthcare providers, pharmacy operations, medtech products and/or start-up companies.

This position will work out of an office in either Austin, DFW or Pittsburgh.

This position requires up to 25% US based travel.
