Job Description

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for full-time General Labor/Maintenance roles.

  • Location: Canteen Vending Hannover Place, Fremont, CA
  • Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Further details will be provided during the interview process.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Compensation: $25.60 per hour

Job Summary

Overview: This position is responsible for the daily upkeep, maintenance, and efficient operation of the facility. Duties include repairing, maintaining, and assisting in the installation of various equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with attention to detail.
  • Maintain cleanliness and polish furniture and fixtures.
  • Conduct minor repairs on doors, fixtures, and furniture.
  • Monitor and record data from meters and gauges to ensure optimal operating conditions.
  • Perform adjustments and minor repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Regularly replace air filters in HVAC systems.
  • Ensure building security and safety by locking doors and monitoring appliance use.
  • Assist in moving heavy furniture and equipment as needed.
  • Maintain outdoor areas by mowing lawns and trimming shrubbery.
  • Report any major repair needs to management.
  • Clear snow from pathways and parking areas.
  • Set up and arrange facilities for events, including decorations and furniture.
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal.
  • Operate vehicles as required for job functions.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • A valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license may be required.
