Job Overview

The Packaging Line Technician will serve as a versatile packing professional responsible for optimizing the efficiency of our packaging operations while upholding the highest standards of safety and quality. This role is essential in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives within the packaging area.

Qualifications We Seek:
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above
  • Proficient in both Written and Spoken English
  • Experience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) manufacturing setting
  • Mechanical knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure optimal efficiency of the packaging line according to established plans and report any discrepancies
  • Assist colleagues in maintaining the highest standards of Safety, Quality, and Efficiency in the packaging area
  • Accountable for achieving the GMP/GHP packaging score
  • Maintain rigorous cleaning protocols to ensure the highest standards are met
  • Engage actively in operational processes that contribute to enhancing our business performance
