Location: Charlotte, NC
Compensation: Estimated salary range: $130,000 - $165,000 per year, plus performance-based incentives and comprehensive benefits package.
Job Description:
- Lead the design and execution of HR initiatives that align with business goals.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by developing policies that promote engagement and compliance.
- Oversee the implementation of performance review processes and employee development programs.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
