As a Production Specialist, you will engage in a vibrant and innovative workspace dedicated to the creation and assembly of signage and graphic products tailored for diverse business needs. You will be part of a supportive and high-achieving team within the FASTSIGNS Center, equipped with state-of-the-art sign-making technology.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing various cutting tools such as wall cutters, saws, and Exacto blades to prepare printed graphics.
  • Applying graphics to different substrates and vehicles.
  • Conducting field installations in varying weather conditions, which may involve working at heights using ladders or mechanical lifts.
  • Occasionally performing heavy lifting and manual tasks, including digging for sign post installations.

Experience with hardware, fastening systems, and power tools is advantageous. Attention to detail and accuracy is crucial, as you will follow specific work orders for each custom project. This role offers numerous opportunities for wage increases based on performance.


While prior experience in the signage industry is beneficial, we are willing to train the right individual. We value candidates who are resourceful, possess strong problem-solving abilities, and embody principles of integrity, service, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
