Job Description

BAE Systems USA is seeking a seasoned Agile Release Train Engineer to support our government customer. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with a diverse group of professionals who design and develop cutting-edge products and systems that enhance capabilities, protect national security, and safeguard critical information and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize the flow of value through the Agile Release Train (ART) and Solution Train using various tools and information radiators.
  • Foster PI planning readiness by preparing vision and backlogs, and facilitating pre- and post-PI Planning meetings.
  • Facilitate PI planning events, assist in tracking feature and capability execution, and help with economic decision-making through feature and capability estimation.
  • Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets, and help manage risks and dependencies.
  • Escalate and track impediments, and drive relentless improvement through Inspect and Adapt workshops.
  • Improve the flow of value through value streams using the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps.
  • Facilitate system demos and solution demos.
Requirements
  • Possess and apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments.
  • Plan and lead major technology assignments, evaluate performance results, and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
  • Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments, and may supervise others.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience recommended, or equivalent certifications or past work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SAFe RTE Certification.
Compensation and Benefits

Full-time salary range: $115,100 - $195,700. BAE Systems USA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, health savings accounts, a 401(k) savings plan, disability coverage, and life and accident insurance.
