- Diagnose and repair complex problems with diesel engines, transmissions, and other equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations, to ensure equipment is running efficiently.
- Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure timely and effective repairs.
- Utilize fleet maintenance software to track and manage repairs, as well as estimate time and material costs.
- 4+ years of experience in diesel mechanics or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
