  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards while managing daily IT operations and urgent situations.
  • Accurately document issues and solutions for both IT personnel and end users.
  • Be available for on-call support as required.
Essential Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of pertinent technical experience in a hybrid Windows environment.
  • 3-5 years of experience in supporting Windows and MacOS systems, including laptops and virtual setups.
  • 3-5 years of technical support experience within the financial sector is advantageous.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required; however, 5-7 years of experience or certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Proficient in engaging with all levels of production and management teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to restore immediate system functionality.
  • Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with video conferencing tools such as Webex, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Proficient in supporting and troubleshooting Windows 11, Outlook, Office 365, and SharePoint client.
  • Experience in system setup, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Solid understanding of desktop security solutions.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory Administration.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Lenovo desktops and laptops, MSFT Surface devices, iPhones, and iPads.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Configuration Manager and Endpoint Management.
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management systems like MobileIron and Microsoft Intune.
  • Knowledge of Multi-Factor Authentication solutions (e.g., RSA, MS Authenticator, Duo).
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure fundamentals, including networking, server management, and identity access.
  • Relevant Microsoft Windows certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
