Job Title: Social Worker

Family Service League Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team at our Mental Health Clinic in East Hampton. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing individual and group therapy to children, families, and adults with a range of mental health and substance use disorders.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy and interventions to adults, adolescents, and children with mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Complete clinical documentation in accordance with NYS Office of Mental Health and maintain accurate records in an electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Link clients with community resources and services to support their recovery and well-being.
  • Collaborate with external providers and stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in regular supervisions and team meetings to ensure high-quality care and address any challenges or concerns.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in social work (MSW) or related field.
  • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a behavioral health setting, with preference for clinic experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic health records.
  • Valid NYS driver's license required.
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus.
