Job Title: Social Worker

We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our team at Family Service League Inc.

Job Summary:

As a Social Worker, you will provide individual and group therapy to children, families, and adults with a range of mental health and substance use disorders. You will work in an integrated licensed clinic, providing comprehensive services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intake assessments and provide individual and group therapy to adults, adolescents, and children.
  • Complete all clinical documentation in accordance with NYS Office of Mental Health in an electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Provide linkage and follow-up to clients during the stabilization period and immediately following.
  • Coordinate with outside providers and collateral contacts.
  • Attend routine supervisions and team meetings.
  • Coordinate treatment with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others, both internally and externally.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in social work required.
  • LMSW, LMHC, LMFT or related licensed clinical degree required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a behavioral health setting required; clinic experience preferred.
