About the Role

Credit Karma is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead the Credit Karma Money business unit. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our financial platform, championing financial progress for our 100M+ members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead cross-functional teams to build and launch new financial products and services
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
  • Manage and develop a high-performing organization that is aligned with the goals of the business
Requirements
  • 10+ years of leadership and operating experience in FinTech, with a track record of building businesses in neo banking and wealth management
  • Proven success managing high-performing cross-functional teams and business units
  • MBA preferred, prior strategy consulting experience a plus
