Quality Control Specialist

Job Description
The Quality Control Specialist role at W.W. Wallwork Inc. involves reviewing vehicle repairs to ensure the highest quality and cleanliness standards. This includes road testing vehicles to verify that customer concerns have been properly addressed.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and road test vehicles upon completion of work to ensure quality of repairs performed
- Offer feedback to foreman and technicians if further repairs are needed
- Ensure vehicle has been cleaned up and work is like or better than OEM after technician is done performing repairs
- Ensure mechanical and body repairs on customers' trucks performed as required to meet customers' needs
- Promote safe work habits and ensure safety rules are followed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- CDL and minimum 2yrs experience driving Class 7 and 8 vehicles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic

As a Quality Control Specialist, you will work closely with the shop foreman and advisors to ensure that vehicles are repaired to the highest standards. You will be responsible for inspecting and road testing vehicles, offering feedback to foreman and technicians, and ensuring that vehicles are cleaned up and work is like or better than OEM. You will also be responsible for promoting safe work habits and ensuring that safety rules are followed.
