About the Role:

At BioLife Plasma Services, we are committed to providing exceptional care to our donors and customers. As a Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse), you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of plasma collection.

You will be responsible for determining donor eligibility, managing donor adverse events, reviewing laboratory test results, and notifying donors of unsuitable test results. Your expertise as a nurse practitioner will be essential in guiding the medical support specialist team in their daily operations.

As a Medical Support Specialist, you will work under the guidance of the Center Manager and the Center Physician for operational and medical matters. You will also be responsible for following applicable SOPs for medical emergencies, including developing standing orders and transporting donors to emergency care facilities.

What You Bring:

To succeed in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, with a recognized educational nursing program and state requirements. Additionally, you must hold a current license or certification in your state as a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA). Your experience in a clinical or hospital setting and knowledge of regulations in the plasma collection industry will be valuable assets.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $31.54 - $43.37 per hour, based on your qualifications and location.
