About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Nurse Specialist to join our PACU team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a collaborative culture focused on positive outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Coordinate post-operative care with surgeons and anesthesiologists.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain standards of care and ensure efficient patient flow.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license in the state of operation.
  • BLS (AHA) certification upon hire and maintenance of current status.
  • ACLS (AHA) certification within 30 days of hire and maintenance of current status.
  • PALS (AHA) certification preferred.
  • Previous critical care or PACU experience or minimum of one year on-the-job training.
  • Critical Care RN (CCRN) certification preferred.
