Job Overview


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to oversee the management of our online platform and to execute effective social media strategies.

This role involves taking charge of our newly launched marketing initiatives, including merchandise and apparel, through a fulfillment model.

This position, which can be performed onsite or remotely (though onsite is preferred), presents a unique opportunity to spearhead the merchandise and digital presence of our organization, overseeing everything from website aesthetics to supplier partnerships.

If you possess expertise in Photoshop, are Google Certified (preferred but not mandatory), have strong Excel skills, and are passionate about e-commerce with a meticulous eye for detail and a desire to grow, we would love to connect with you.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Merchandise Website Development:

Take the lead in creating and launching a new merchandise website utilizing platforms such as Shopify, ensuring a smooth and engaging online shopping experience for our clientele.


Fulfillment Oversight:

Manage the selection and coordination of a fulfillment partner to handle receiving, inventory oversight, and shipping of all merchandise orders globally.


Supplier Relationship Development:

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to obtain high-quality merchandise at competitive rates, ensuring cost efficiency without sacrificing quality.


Collaboration on Product Development:

Work closely with our design team to brainstorm and create new merchandise designs and products that appeal to our target market.


Inventory Management and Analysis:

Oversee inventory management processes, perform cost analysis, and employ data-driven methods for inventory forecasting to optimize stock levels and reduce instances of overstock or stockouts.


Marketing and Promotion Strategies:

Collaborate with our Social Media team to formulate and implement marketing strategies aimed at increasing customer engagement for our merchandise offerings, effectively utilizing various digital marketing channels.


REQUIREMENTS:
Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software for data management and analysis.

Demonstrated experience in e-commerce and merchandise management, ideally within a comparable sector.

Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams and the ability to build robust relationships with suppliers and colleagues.

Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in merchandise design and marketing.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
