Cyber Security Architect

A leading organization supporting government operations is seeking a Cyber Security Architect with a robust background in cybersecurity and a keen understanding of social media platforms, advanced cyber operations, and Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs).

This role focuses on mitigating the impact of geolocation and fraud detection on operations and requires a candidate with a proven track record in secure website design, encryption technologies, and Joomla website development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize social media platforms for operations, applying fraud detection techniques.
  • Employ advanced cyber operations knowledge, including internet protocols and virtual machines.
  • Develop strategies to mitigate geolocation and fraud detection impacts.
  • Adhere and contribute to the development of policies per ICD 503 and other relevant directives.
  • Utilize critical thinking to innovate and solve cybersecurity issues.
  • Design secure websites and understand the risks and proper use of encryption technologies.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in using social media platforms and understanding their operational mechanisms.
  • Advanced knowledge of cyber operations, including IP addressing and the use of virtual machines.
  • Experience in mitigating the impact of geolocation and fraud detection on operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of ICD 503 and related cybersecurity directives.
  • Strong critical thinking skills for innovation and problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated experience in Joomla website development (release or later).

  • Experience in hardening processes against security threats.
  • Collaborative work ethic with various elements and components.
  • Knowledge of the organization's mission, tools, and processes.
  • Foreign language skills in Arabic, Swahili, French, Pashto, Russian, Turkish, or Somali.

  • Ability to navigate curriculum review and approval processes.
  • Experience as a privileged user in training systems and databases.
