Job Summary

The Swift Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Developer to design, develop, and produce media elements and interactions that support clear communication and learner interaction and assessment related to adult learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, e-learning solutions, and multimedia design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop web-based training solutions, including graphics, websites, web-tools, online courses, and other e-learning artifacts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training solutions that meet the Sponsor's mission and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain websites, web-tools, and other digital solutions to support online, blended, and face-to-face training.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members on web development, e-learning solutions, and multimedia design.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web development, e-learning solutions, and multimedia design.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in web development, e-learning solutions, and multimedia design.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a training environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience using Joomla site design and site administration, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software products.
  • Demonstrated experience developing WBTs, online training courses, websites, and other e-learning solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and HTML.
  • Demonstrated experience with MS PowerPoint, MS OneNote, MS Word, and other relevant software products.
  • Demonstrated experience solving complex application development problems and providing advice and recommendations on product design.
  • Demonstrated experience with Adobe Captivate and other relevant software products.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, building, and maintaining websites and creating print products such as posters, books, and presentation materials.
  • Demonstrated experience using content creation and management tools for web design, web development, programming, graphic design, animation, videography, photography, and audio recording, editing, and distribution.
  • Demonstrated experience using JIRA or other IT ticket or work tracking system.
  • Accessing and using images/graphics from ENVATO, Shutterstock, and other subscription platforms.
  • HS Diploma and US Citizenship with an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience with web-based collaboration and document management platforms, task management tools, and Sponsor cloud technology networks and systems.
  • Demonstrated experience creating motion graphic products and working with specialists to build training products.
  • Demonstrated experience with general photography, video production, and JavaScript (JS).
  • Demonstrated experience with graphic design, including animation and 3D animation.
  • Degree(s): Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Graphic Design, Multimedia Development, Online Learning, or other related field from an accredited institution.
  • Certification(s): UX/UI Ability Certification from an accredited institution.

Pay Range: $79,996.80 - $290,004.00

Pay ranges are a general guideline and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, work experience, education, certifications, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
