Customer Service Agent Role
At Southwest Airlines, we're looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing legendary service and ensuring their travel experience is seamless and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our passengers, handling ticketing, baggage check-in, and resolving complaints and problems.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure smooth airport operations and provide a positive experience for our customers.
- Be able to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements:
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of $46 per hour, with opportunities for future increases based on collective bargaining agreement wage scales.
