About the Job:

Safeguarding our store and its assets is crucial to our success. As a Store Detective at ShopRite, you will utilize advanced loss prevention techniques to detect and deter theft. Your responsibilities will include representing the company in criminal actions, conducting special investigations, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Detect and apprehend individuals suspected of theft.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to prosecute individuals involved in shoplifting or other forms of theft.
  • Analyze data to identify patterns and trends related to loss and shrinkage.

What We Offer:

We provide a competitive salary estimated at $52,500 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in loss prevention or a related field.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
