The ideal candidate will possess a welcoming attitude, basic English communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the Lobby Attendant encompass, but are not limited to:
- Arranging and moving furniture, as well as turning mattresses during routine cleaning.
- Dusting surfaces and polishing metalwork and furnishings.
- Vacuuming floors and maintaining cleanliness in bathrooms and communal areas.
- Equipping oneself with a cleaning cart stocked with necessary supplies for the shift.
- Clearing debris and reporting any lost and found items.
- Utilizing a shampoo machine for carpet cleaning.
- Stripping, sealing, and waxing floors following established safety protocols.
- Restocking shelves with paper supplies and replenishing room amenities.
- Organizing and storing incoming supplies and deliveries for the area.
The ideal candidate should have:
- A basic understanding of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and vendors.
- The ability to accurately relay information.
- A commitment to adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- A willingness to participate in mandatory meetings.
