Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and establish relationships with potential clients.
* Identify client needs and provide solutions.
* Analyze client feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Track client trends and report to management.
* Proactively provide regular status updates on client accounts.
* Respond to client inquiries, and address any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Coordinate and facilitate regular meetings with clients.
* Advocate on behalf of the client to ensure satisfactory coordination between internal teams and external project stakeholders.
* Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
* 1-3 years experience in client service, sales, or a related field.
* Demonstrates a keen business acumen, proficient in prioritization, and makes informed judgment calls when necessary.
* Dedicated to achieving excellence - consistently performs duties at the highest level.
* Strong written and verbal communication, coupled with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficient engaging effectively with individuals at all levels, including C-level executives.
* Shows professional and suitable demeanor when handling sensitive information.
* Collaborative and works effectively within a team environment.
* Exceptional multitasking and problem-solving skills.
* Comfortable reporting and presenting information.
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
* A track record of following through on commitments.
* Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus.
Compensation: $26.00 per hour.
