KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Tasked with soliciting and managing a diverse range of residential mortgage loans.

Conduct interviews with applicants, gather financial information and documentation, and provide recommendations on the loan products that best suit the borrower's requirements.

Support buyers throughout the purchasing process until closing.
Engage in both external and internal sales outreach.
Adhere to regulatory, secondary market, and banking policies and guidelines.
Perform all other assigned duties.

REQUIREMENTS:

To excel in this role, an individual must successfully fulfill each essential duty.

Moreover, the qualifications listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities necessary for this position:

A high school diploma or GED is required, with some college education preferred, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Familiarity with real estate loan documentation is preferred.
Understanding of lending regulations is also preferred.
