Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Parts Specialist to join our team at Amada America, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of parts and materials.
  • Customer Communication: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with the stock control department to ensure accurate inventory levels and notify them of any non-standard or unusual orders that may deplete stock.
  • Order Routing: Route orders to the appropriate departments for filling and follow up to ensure delivery by specified dates.
  • Customer Complaints: Receive and investigate customer complaints, working with production, sales, shipping, and warehouse personnel to resolve issues.
  • Return Processing: Process returns of merchandise from customers, coordinating with the appropriate departments to issue credits and adjust inventories.
  • Language Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or parts coordination role.
  • Skills: Computer knowledge, bilingual skills (English/Spanish), excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multi-task and work independently.

Working Conditions:

  • Lifting: Average weight: up to 10 pounds unassisted.
  • Frequency: Daily.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
