As a high-volume cafe, we need individuals who can handle pressure, work collaboratively, and deliver quality service. If you are committed to excellence, you will excel in our energetic atmosphere.

Compensation: Enjoy competitive pay ranging from $16 to $20 per hour, flexible scheduling, complimentary meals, coffee, and access to supplemental medical insurance.

Working Hours: Our cafe opens at 7 AM daily, and we expect morning shifts to start by 6:30 AM. Evening shifts conclude by 7 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule. Our kitchen is designed for efficiency, maintaining a comfortable temperature for our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sandwiches, salads, and wraps swiftly and efficiently.
  • Ensure the freshness and quality of all ingredients.
  • Standardize recipes and maintain presentation standards.
  • Greet every guest warmly and maintain a positive demeanor.
  • Collaborate with management to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a line cook, prep cook, or sandwich maker is essential.
  • A genuine passion for food and culinary techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Capacity to thrive in a high-energy environment.
  • Basic culinary skills and the ability to follow recipes accurately.
  • Food Handler Certificate or ServSafe Certification is a plus.
