Biomedical Engineering Director

As a key member of the dsm-firmenich team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization. We are seeking an experienced Biomedical Engineering Director to lead our Manufacturing Engineering Group and drive the development of new and existing product lines. With a strong background in engineering and project management, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction, managing teams, and overseeing projects from conception to completion.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the medical device industry, with experience in managing cross-functional teams, developing and implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering is required, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a related field.
In this role, you will work closely with our Research and Development, Commercialization, and Operations Groups to ensure seamless integration of new products and processes. You will also be responsible for evaluating and investigating new technologies and potential partnerships to support our Strategic Business Initiatives.
