Real Estate Investment Specialist

We are a premier Real Estate Investment firm based in Murfreesboro, TN with a high-performance team looking for a full-time Real Estate Disposition Associate. The primary responsibility of the Disposition Associate is to market, negotiate and sell properties we have acquired and remodeled. This is a fast-paced job in a rapidly growing company. It is the responsibility of this position to communicate in a timely fashion and ultimately negotiate the sale of our properties from the interest the marketing generates.
You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. This lucrative position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support you as the Disposition Associate needs to perform at your best. The ideal candidate is a talented Disposition specialist who is persuasive, confident, and detail-oriented and knows how to build long term relationships.
Our company owns and renovates properties all over the southeast United States. We are looking for a driven and results-oriented individual who can help us achieve our goals.
Responsibilities:
- Disposition of single family homes via purchase, owner finance, and lease options
- Build rapport with buyers and investors to overcome objections and get the deal signed
- Market properties through buyer lists, social media sites (e.g. Facebook) and investor sites (e.g. Investor Lift)
- Constant monitoring of available properties, and status along the sales process
- Manage and facilitate successful acquisition activity with acquisitions team
- Work with entire team, utilize tools and analytics to guide pricing strategy to maximize profitable growth
- Develop strong business relationships with investor buyers for maximum results and revenue for the company
- Provide company with reports of all sales activity on a weekly/monthly basis
- Help to develop and implement improvement strategies with the goal of maximizing revenue
- Enter property and customer information and communication in the CRM on a daily basis
- Attend 2 - 3 real estate networking events every month (in-person or virtually)
Qualifications:
- Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
- Exceptional in long term relationship building
- Results/goals orientated
- Financially driven with a motive to earn
- Smart with great communication and presentation skills
- Natural sales ability
Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a base salary plus commission position, with opportunities for bonuses and profit sharing.
Location:
We are based in Murfreesboro, TN, but we own and renovate properties all over the southeast United States. You will be required to travel occasionally for business meetings and networking events.
