Accelerator Associate Program Overview

Franklin Street is seeking highly motivated and driven individuals to join our Accelerator Associate Program in Nashville, TN. This program is designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a Commercial Real Estate and Commercial Insurance Sales Associate position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify strategic investment opportunities through market research and data analysis.
  • Collect and preview trade areas and geographies to inform business decisions.
  • Complete online sales skills training and participate in required sales workshops.
  • Attend business line meetings and presentations to stay informed about industry trends.
  • Develop a strong understanding of negotiating and property underwriting principles.
  • Perform database research and execute marketing campaigns using company templates.
  • Network effectively and demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Meet and exceed performance expectations in a fast-paced sales environment.
Requirements:
  • High proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office applications and internet software.
  • Ability to understand basic real estate and insurance concepts, including financial terms and principles.
  • Undergraduate degree from a regionally accredited college or university, preferably in a sales-related field.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for canvassing properties.
  • Ability to obtain and renew a valid industry license within the first 90 days of hire.
