Real Estate Disposition Specialist

At Investor Creator, we're seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Disposition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our acquisitions team, you'll be responsible for marketing, negotiating, and selling properties we've acquired and renovated.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with buyers and investors, and have a proven track record of closing deals. You'll work closely with our acquisitions team to monitor available properties and facilitate successful acquisition activity.

Responsibilities:

  • Disposition of single-family homes via purchase, owner finance, and lease options
  • Build rapport with buyers and investors to overcome objections and secure deals
  • Market properties through buyer lists, social media, and investor sites
  • Monitor property availability and sales progress
  • Collaborate with the acquisitions team to maximize profitable growth
  • Develop strong business relationships with investor buyers
  • Provide regular sales activity reports to the company
  • Help develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue
  • Enter property and customer information into the CRM
  • Attend real estate networking events

Qualifications:

Licensing:

A real estate agent license is not required.

Compensation:

Base salary plus commission.
