Key Responsibilities:
  • Incident Management: Utilize traffic management systems to handle incidents and improve traffic flow.
  • Traffic Monitoring: Monitor roadways through surveillance cameras and detection systems.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of all traffic equipment and computer systems.
  • Software Updates: Stay updated on the operation of traffic equipment and software.
  • Dispatch Support: Dispatch assistance and support patrol services when needed.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with partners and authorities to manage incidents effectively.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Prior experience in a dispatch or call center role is advantageous.
  • Skills: Advanced level of proficiency with minimal supervision, adhering to established procedures.
Working Conditions:

This is an overnight shift position, available for:

  • Tuesday midnight to Wednesday 7:30 AM
  • Wednesday midnight to Thursday 10:00 AM
  • Thursday midnight to Friday 10:00 AM
  • Friday midnight to Saturday 10:00 AM

The contract spans 30-90 days initially, with potential for extension based on performance.
