Job Summary:

Elwyn is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with our team in residential group homes. As an RBT, you will provide assistance and supervision to residents in activities of daily living, adhering to and documenting individual programs as directed by the Program Administrator, RN House Manager, or licensed staff in charge.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide active programming at all times
  • Adhere to standards, procedures, and schedules established by your supervisor
  • Ensure that any suspicion of or knowledge of suspected abuse is reported in accordance with the law and program policies

Requirements:

  • Valid California driver's license and acceptable driving history
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid RBT certification
  • Successful completion of all trainings as required by applicable regulations
  • One year experience working in a program serving persons with developmental disabilities preferred
