**Job Summary**
Catholic Health Initiatives is seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our Nutrition Services team at CHI St. Alexius Health Devils Lake. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing nutritious meals for patients, staff, and visitors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and serve food according to menu and dietary requirements, utilizing kitchen utensils and equipment.
- Modify food preparations to accommodate food allergies and follow healthcare food service industry standards, regulations, and guidelines.
- Maintain labeling and storage of food, equipment, and machinery, and perform washing and cleaning duties to ensure sanitation and cleanliness in cooking and serving areas.
**Requirements:**
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two (2) years of food service experience.
- Current ServSafe Allergen certification and Food Handler certification.
