Infinity Ventures is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrator/Office Clerk to join our team. As an Administrator/Office Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including general office tasks, administrative tasks, and order acceptance.
### Responsibilities
* General office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
* Administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
* Order acceptance, including verifying orders, processing payments, and communicating with clients
* Maintenance of master data, including updating and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
* Invoice creation and verification, including preparing and sending invoices to clients
* Forwarding orders to production/warehouse, including coordinating with production and warehouse teams
### Requirements
* Completed commercial training, such as Industrial Clerk/Office Clerk
* Professional experience in order acceptance or administrative tasks
* Ability to work part-time, 6-8 hours/day, 30-40 hours/week
* Motivation and willingness to perform
