Portfolio Manager Job Description

CRMG is seeking a highly motivated Residential Portfolio Manager to join our growing residential team. Our Portfolio Managers are leaders who provide a key point of contact for clients and excel at building high-functioning teams to manage a diverse portfolio of multi-family residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve revenue growth, occupancy goals, and client asset performance expectations.
  • Create and mentor an inclusive, diverse, and talented team to provide the best experience for all communities, residents, and team members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business results and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Three to five years of full-time multi-family portfolio management experience.
  • Subject matter expert knowledge of Landlord/Tenant law in Oregon and Washington, including Fair Housing laws, and advanced knowledge of state and federal labor laws and safety protocols.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiasm to learn new software and technology, with experience in Entrata a plus.
  • Available for after-hours emergencies and reliable transportation to travel between properties.
