  • Perform additional duties as required to support the operation.

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in food service management.
  • Background in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, healthcare, or similar food service environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of food service operations.
  • Experience in operations management with a focus on purchasing.
  • Strong financial acumen and business management skills.
  • ServSafe Certification is preferred.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office Suite.
  • An Associate's degree is preferred.
