Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Account Representative. As a key member of the Quinn Mccoy - State Farm Agent team, you will play a vital role in growing our agency through meaningful client relationships and liaising between customer needs and agency departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Provide information about insurance products and services to clients, assist with policy applications and renewals, and handle client inquiries in a timely manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates.
Requirements
- Communication Skills**: Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and agency staff.
- Organizational Skills**: Be detail-oriented and able to multitask, with a focus on meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities.
Compensation Package
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including a Simple IRA, license reimbursement, bonus opportunities based on performance, competitive salary, flexible schedule, health insurance, opportunity for advancement, paid time off, and training & development programs.
