Position Overview:

The Treasury Onboarding Consultant III plays a pivotal role in collaborating with Treasury Management Officers (TMOs) and Relationship Managers (RMs) to deliver tailored financial solutions for our most significant and intricate clients. This position is designed for individuals who excel in independently crafting, testing, and executing optimal solutions while providing essential training and support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with TMOs and RMs to thoroughly assess and understand the requirements of large or complex clients. Engage in discussions to determine their desired outcomes and best practices, while evaluating potential risks and scalability of customized solutions.
  • Independently configure, test, and validate solutions, troubleshoot any issues, and maintain ongoing communication with vendors. Ensure consistent updates and engagement with clients throughout the implementation process.
  • Provide comprehensive education to clients regarding the implementation process, respond to inquiries, and facilitate a seamless transition from sales to account management.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Commercial Payment Solutions, utilizing extensive industry knowledge to mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of innovative products and enhancements.
Qualifications:

Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, along with 5-6 years of relevant experience, or 7-9 years of related work experience.

  • Proven ability to lead and mentor Level I & II Onboarding Consultants during complex implementations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Treasury products and services.
  • Proficient in Excel and Word, with strong communication skills to effectively convey complex information.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong vision for identifying and implementing process improvements and automation opportunities.
Work Environment:

This position is office-based, with the capability to lift up to 20 lbs.
