About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Banking Compliance Professional to join our team at Eide Bailly LLP. As a key member of our Financial Institutions Compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients' businesses are compliant with relevant regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients in the financial industry to ensure compliance processes and operations meet required regulations.
  • Consult with key leaders at client sites and respond to regulatory examination issues, correct compliance deficiencies, and review internal compliance processes and controls.
  • Stay up-to-date with banking compliance regulations, trends, and issues to recommend and/or develop processes and procedures to implement changes to better serve clients.
  • Prepare and assist clients with compliance testing and training on regulatory issues.
  • Attend professional development, networking events, and training seminars to stay current with industry developments.
  • Maintain the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality.
Requirements
  • Working towards a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • Expertise in keeping up with banking regulatory changes.
  • Ability to problem-solve and note issues while providing resolution to clients.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours as needed and enjoy traveling.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a paid internship program with hourly rates between $21.00-$31.00/hour and eligibility for overtime. Interns are also eligible for health insurance and 401(k) Profit Sharing.
