Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage maintenance teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation
- Collaborate with property managers and other stakeholders to identify and address maintenance needs
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field
- Extensive knowledge of home maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competitive hourly rate: $32 - $41/hour
