Job Title: Psychiatrist - Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychiatrist to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team. As a Psychiatrist on our team, you will provide clinical services to individuals with severe mental illness, including medication management, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychiatric evaluations and treatment to individuals with severe mental illness
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with the ACT team to provide comprehensive care
  • Provide medication management and monitoring
  • Conduct crisis assessments and interventions
  • Provide individual and group psychotherapy
  • Supervise and train other mental health professionals

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree
  • Board certification in psychiatry
  • Experience working with individuals with severe mental illness
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
