Lead Respiratory Care Practitioner

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist with a minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in the field of respiratory care. The ideal candidate will hold licensure from the Texas Medical Board and certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care.
Essential Qualifications:
- Completion of an Associate's Degree from an accredited Respiratory Care program
- A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Respiratory Care program is preferred
- Possession of Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
- Basic Life Support certification is mandatory; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification is required for roles involving neonatal intensive care
- Valid Respiratory Care Practitioner license issued by the Texas Medical Board
Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Respiratory Care Department is required.
Language Proficiency: Bilingual candidates are preferred.
Communication Abilities: Candidates must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Job Characteristics:
Work Schedule: Flexibility to work on weekdays, weekends, and holidays is necessary.
