Job Title: Sr. Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Project Manager to join our team at Milestone Technologies, Inc. as a Program Management Consultant. This role will support executive leadership for a global system platform upgrade initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans, risk management strategies, and communication plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting project progress, key metrics, and issues.
  • Manage and track project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program/project management, with a strong background in traditional project management methodologies.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as Jira, MS Office, and MS Teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a Hybrid/Agile environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP and other project management tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
