  • Perform on-site clinical assessments to demonstrate product functionality
  • Offer expert advice to enhance surgical efficiency
  • Oversee product installations and provide training for medical professionals
  • Suggest product improvements based on technical knowledge
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying potential sales
  • Work alongside Account Managers to evaluate client requirements
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and participate in ongoing education
  • Represent products at industry events and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical support within the healthcare sector
  • Familiarity with surgical processes and medical vocabulary
  • Competence in Microsoft Office and other PC software
  • Self-driven with strong analytical and decision-making skills
