Continuous evaluation and refinement of these communication efforts are essential for maximizing engagement and satisfaction, making this position crucial to our mission of delivering compassionate community health care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement communication strategies aimed at enhancing colleague and client engagement and satisfaction.
- Create clear and accessible informational materials for patients, their families, and healthcare staff to improve understanding and care.
- Oversee internal communication channels to keep staff informed and aligned with the organization's policies and initiatives.
- Conduct regular assessments and analyses of communication efforts to optimize outreach and educational initiatives.
- Basic understanding of not-for-profit and community health care.

- Familiarity with the latest trends, features, and best practices for content creation on social media.
- Proficient in storytelling, copywriting, and video editing, with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience in writing blogs and internal communications across different divisions within an organization.
- Adherence to brand standards, accurately representing organizational vision and brand strategy while engaging a diverse audience.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing projects independently from inception to completion.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
