- Organizing and maintaining an appealing breakfast area that is clean, well-stocked, and visually inviting.
- Conducting daily inventory of food, beverages, and necessary supplies.
- Placing orders for food items and supplies as needed.
- Preparing a variety of breakfast items, including fresh fruits, coffee, and juices.
- Arranging serving dishes, utensils, and other necessary items for guests.
- Setting out cold food options such as pastries, cereals, and yogurt.
- Cleaning and clearing tables promptly after guests depart.
- Addressing spills and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Managing waste disposal and ensuring trash is removed regularly.
- Restocking self-service food and supplies as required.
- Washing and storing serving equipment appropriately.
- Vacuuming and sweeping floors to maintain a tidy environment.
- Mopping floors and dusting furniture and fixtures.
- Ensuring all areas are free from safety hazards and equipment is in good working order.
- Reporting any maintenance issues or lost items to the appropriate personnel.
- Delivering outstanding customer service to all guests.
- Adhering to the company's dress code and safety policies.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role is required.
- Previous experience in the hospitality sector is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills are essential.
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards is important.
