Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support: scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and responding to phone calls
  • Clinical support: preparing examination rooms, assisting with medical procedures, and communicating with patients and families
  • Team collaboration: working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent (R) completion of a formal MA training program (R)
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant (R)
  • Knowledge of electronic health records (EHRs), Epic/EMR, EKG/ECG, and blood/specimen collection (R)
