About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Communications Manager to join our team at Allied Solutions, LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing internal communications plans to engage employees and promote our company's value proposition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR business partners, Change and Culture Network, facilities, risk management operations, and legal to recommend best practices for communications.
  • Create and execute internal communications plans to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Develop high-quality communications for internal audiences with subject-matter experts.
  • Maintain and own communications plans, measure effectiveness, and adjust as needed.
  • Utilize various communication channels for message delivery, including newsletters, video, and other digital tools.
  • Develop branded graphic designs for communications support.
  • Collaborate with corporate departments for content development.
  • Manage the company newsletter and business memberships for media relations strategy.
  • Support executive communications and crisis communications response plan.

Employee Engagement:

  • Contribute to employee engagement strategy development.
  • Implement strategy to enhance employee experience and retention.
  • Assess corporate sponsorships' value for engagement.
  • Lead communications for employee engagement in sponsorships.
  • Manage employee recognition program and maintain relationship with suppliers.

Corporate Culture & Team Support:

  • Develop familiarity with our company culture and apply to internal communications.
  • Model our company culture values and attributes.
  • Support activities associated with our company culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related field required.
  • 5-7 years experience in internal communications or related field.
  • Apply best practices for engaging and measuring communication effectiveness.
  • Produce various communication materials and contribute to strategic discussions.
  • Engage with C-suite and focus on internal communication.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, experience with digital tools preferred.
  • Clear writing and presentation style, familiarity with AP Style.
  • Valid driver's license required for onsite engagement activities.
