Associa is seeking a Community Association Manager to lead our community association management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our communities, including supporting Board Members and resident relations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community association management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for managing multiple deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining professionalism under pressure.

Requirements:

  • Some community or property management experience or experience in related real estate market
  • HOA, property management or condominium management-related experience
  • Consultation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be able to adapt to management software and computer programs being utilized by the company and self-teach through online learning and training guides
  • Possess excellent communication skills combined with a thoroughly professional presentation
  • Must be highly organized and know how to prioritize while working independently with minimal supervision or while in communication with the team
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • A team player with good business skills
  • Someone who is self-motivated and who will go the extra mile for our company and our clients
  • Prior experience in your own community or HOA is a plus
  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors or Associates degree preferred
