Job Title: Call Center Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Call Center Manager to join our team at Renewal by Andersen of Utah. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our call center team to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.

Job Overview

As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of customer service representatives to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance
  • Managing daily appointment calendars and scheduling appointments for window and door replacement consultations
  • Conducting team workflow by assigning tasks, supporting staff, and monitoring performance indicators
  • Managing and maintaining phone systems and communication platforms
  • Collaborating with other teams and leaders as needed
  • Providing meaningful feedback to improve performance and processes
  • Monitoring and driving company goals
  • Leading hiring, training, and recruitment
  • Creating schedules, managing timesheets, and driving attendance
  • Payroll submission
  • Providing direct support for call center and sales teams as needed
  • Planning team engagement games and incentives
  • Navigating personal issues and coordinating with HR when needed
Requirements

To be successful as a Call Center Manager, you will need:

  • 2+ years of previous Call Center Manager experience
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • 18 years or older
  • Clear background check
  • Effective listening and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Works well and remains calm under pressure
  • Excellent organizational skills and superior attention to detail
  • Ability to work well with a variety of personalities and effectively build relationships
  • Type minimum 55 wpm
  • Bilingual is a plus
