Senior Sales Finance and Planning Manager

The Sales Finance & Planning team collaborates with various departments to enhance long-term growth and profitability at Danone. As a key member of this team, you will actively contribute to achieving our objectives by overseeing the financial execution of the business strategy and working cross-functionally to align with the strategic goals of our customers and the broader company vision.
Role Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly closing, forecasting, and reporting processes for the ABSF sales division across multiple business units.
- Communicate business outlook, including risks and opportunities, to finance and sales leadership effectively.
- Guide the sales team and other stakeholders towards profitable business decisions.
- Act as a liaison between the demand planning and sales teams to ensure alignment with volume forecasts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customer-specific plans within the trade management system.
- Work alongside category commercial sales, revenue management, and customer sales teams to set trade targets and support pricing strategies.
- Assist with ad-hoc financial requests as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive experience in finance or a related field.
- Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is preferred.
- Proven experience managing a Profit and Loss (P&L) statement.
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
- Proficient in Excel and experienced in working with data across multiple systems.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence within a matrixed organization.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
Compensation and Benefits
The base compensation range for this position is $112k-169k, commensurate with experience. Danone North America also offers a performance-based bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Flexible Time Off, and Paid Parental Bonding Leave, among other options.
